Welcome to Journey Home!   We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a peaceful home setting with compassionate comfort care to dying individuals who have a life prognosis of  3 months or less. 

Our Mission Statement:  Our goal is to provide guidance, support, comfort and pain management to individuals as they journey through the dying process, as well as provide guidance and support to the families of the dying individual.

Comfort care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no cost to the residents or their families and we receive no insurance reimbursement of any kind.   We operate solely on support from the community in the form of financial and material donations, volunteering of time, participation in our fundraisers, and of course through prayer.

Based closely on the model of a family caring for a dying loved one at home, our staff and volunteers interact with the health care, social services and pastoral counseling professionals of certified home agencies so as to meet the individual palliative care needs of each resident.
